In 2022, I was preparing for a via ferrata trip in the Dolomites — unaware that my training plan would soon lead to a new passion: running. Not long after, I joined a running community, completed my first half marathon, and in 2023, I ran my very first trail race. Since then, I’ve finished a trail half marathon and achieved one of my biggest goals to date: 29 km with 1000 meters of elevation gain.
Trail running, for me, is much more than a sport – it’s a mental resource, a path to self-awareness, and a space of freedom. Every step teaches me patience, perseverance, and humility. As a mental coach, I truly believe in the healing power of movement and nature, and I’m passionate about sharing this experience with others – especially those who are just beginning their journey.
